How does trigether support elite athletes?
Trigether elite athletes are those club members who start as pros in ITU, WTC or Challenge Family races and hold a licence which was issued via trigether. The Membership with trigether is made public on start and ranking lists, on the competition suit, on the athlete’s website or in the communication (website) of the national federation.
Trigether bears the license costs for the WTC professional license. If an elite athlete starts only in races where no license fee is needed (e.g. Challenge Family), entry fees will be paid up to the amount of the WTC professional license.
Elite athletes do not pay a trigether membership fee, but commit themselves to the club by sharing their experiences in an agreed form in one of the trainings, workshops or programs of trigether.
Martina Kunz
Update: Martina resigned from professional triathlon end of 2019. We are still in awe of her achievements and her readyness to fight, for example at the world championships on Hawai'i. Martina, we wish you all the best for your next sport challenges!

Already as a child I was always on the move, whether indoors or outdoors: football, gymnastics, mountain biking or karate, no matter what. The desire to be active remained and triathlon was and is the perfect answer. In 2011 I joined trigether, completed my first sprint distance race and surprisingly found myself on the podium. My heart was lost to triathlon.
My enthusiasm for multisport continues to drive me. After winning my age group at Ironman Hawaii in 2016, I found new challenges as a professional athlete and as a member of the Swiss Triathlon elite team. Third place at the Ironman Zurich (2017) and second place at Challenge Davos (2018) are the highlights of my professional career so far.
