Swim
6:30—7:30
Indoor pool Oerlikon
This training is aimed at less strong swimmers and those who want to improve their condition and strength. In the winter, technique and coordination are trained, while in the spring and summer the focus is on strength endurance and speed training. Those who are not yet able to swim should attend a crawl course in advance. Please bring your own swimming equipment (Pull Buoy, paddles, etc.). Start at 6:30 am in the water.

Jana is half Swiss and half Brazilian and has lived in Zurich since 2014. She studied sports in Brazil, worked as a lifeguard and gained her first experience as a triathlete. At the moment she is completing a second training as a qualified paramedic and focus her training on long distance swimming competitions.
This training is aimed at less strong swimmers and those who want to improve their condition and strength. I am Mette Gahr and I am originally from Denmark. I have been doing athletics since I was little. There my focus was 400m, which brought me to the Nordic Youth Championships. In my club I was trained as a youth athletics coach. When I later moved to Zurich, I became a crew runner at Adidas Runners Zurich.
I am very happy to be a running coach at Trigether and TCZ and look forward to many cool interval sessions with the triathletes.

Speed runs on the track during the lunch break. This training is mainly aimed at more ambitious runners who want to prepare specifically for competitions, but is suitable for all levels. It builds on the Tuesday training, so it is a good addition for all those who want to do two fast running sessions a week. Of course it can also be visited exclusively. Effective and entertaining strength training for triathletes - for all distances and on all levels. Various exercises are performed in circles, including TRX and pull ropes. Fit, strong and without injury into the new triathlon season!
